Stress/Work Related Stress
Talking with a trained professional can firstly help you recognise the signs of stress and then help you learn how to deal with stress. During CBT your therapist will help you become more aware of your own thoughts and feelings and help you find alternative ways of dealing with your experiences.
We all experience stress differently in different situations. Sometimes you might be able to tell right away when you’re feeling under stress, but other times you might keep going without recognising the signs. Unfortunately stress can affect you both emotionally and physically, and it can affect the way you behave.

•people describe feeling of racing thoughts they can’t switch off
•unable to enjoy yourself
•uninterested in life and daily activities
